The prices on the insoles I ordered were less than 1/2 that of the site I usually order from (although your shipping is quite high). When I changed quantities, though, it took quite awhile for the cart to refresh - otherwise, 5 stars!

My very first order was NOT filled correctly. I called the 800 contact number and the rep immediately apologized for the problem and assured me the problem would be resolved quickly. A few days later my correct order arrived. I was also sent an e-mail noting when I could expect shipment. LAY OFF PAIN.COM, quickly corrected the problem. I will NOT have a problem placing another order with them.
