I just started to use this product for my Plantar Fasciitis. The intensity of my pain has dropped like 40% at my initial usage, over night pain dropped 80%. I walked to the bathroom this morning almost pain free for the first time in 1.5 years. At work I'm getting up and experiencing very little pain, whereas before I would need like 20 feet of walking to "limber up". My only regret is I did not buy the splitter and an extra ankle pad. Swapping one pad between the 2 feet is easy enough but this thing works so good that getting both feet at the same time would be awesome. In regards to putting -

Yes, buy this - it actually does what it says it does. It works and keeps the pad cold enough to help keep the swelling down after surgery - in this case Hip Surgery. The only down side to this is that it uses quite a bit of ice to create the cold - clever how the designers knew to mix water with ice for the most efficient cold generation.
