Connie S.hot/cold packI am using as a cold pack. It doesn't get super frigid but cool enough to place over a t-shirt. Don't need to use a towel because it doesn't freeze. I like it for the arthritis in my shoulder. More like sock material; nice addition to my hot/cold products.

cabooseskiRope handles make it easy to useI've been buying these for years. About the only place you can find them now is "Walgreens", so I was really happy to find them on eBay at a good price. All is great with the sellers end of things, but I don't know what happened to the product over the years. The bed buddy just doesn't stay warm for very long. You used to heat them for up to 3 minutes and they would stay nice and warm for a good hour or better. Now you only can heat them for 2 minutes and they cool off within 10-30 minutes.
