So I got a copper fit one with all the bells and whistles (with the plastic insert and the hot/cold pack) and it was very bulky and uncomfortable and not easy to wear under your clothes and with the plastic insert I could never get it to fit right and it made it difficult to sit and stand up. So I bought this cheaper one and it is 100x more comfortable and the stabilizers make it easy to fit it just where you need it as well as you can wear a shirt over it no problem. I must have slept wrong because I started to have lower back pain and down left leg then made it worse helping move a large hea -

I was skeptical about the 1 size fits all as I am a (can't believe I'm gonna type it!) 3x, but went ahead and purchased it to help my back. It fits comfortably!!! Normally cleaning the kitchen is done in 5-10 minute bursts as I have to sit and rest my back. The 1st night I wore it I completed the kitchen in less than 45 minutes, non-stop. The next day I did my monthly shopping and, though it took over two hours due to the size of the store my back was doing fine despite the brace becoming itchy and scrunching down (I attribute that to my being short wasted, my breasts are literally at my waist
