Having used cloth jumping ropes in the past, as well as pvc coated wire I was pleased at the build quality of the ropes. I felt that dipping a toe in and going with the starter set was preferable to jumping all the way in and going with the heavier set. Were I to do it all over again I would definitely go with the heavier set, the heavier (presumably thicker) handles. I jump on a rubber exercise mat and this has worn down the exterior of the white 1/2 lb. rope. This could have possibly affected the overall weight of the rope. While it's not ideal I continue to work with my rope daily amounting -

Absolutely the greatest workout equipment ever created. They are my everyday go to for cardio and HIIT workouts. The app is a must to go along with. The workouts are fun and keeps you coming back for more. Im so grateful to have found these ropes and app. They give me a full body workout thats diverse and easy to follow. I have seen myself advance and grow stronger just within these first thirty days. I take keep my ropes in my backpack so in case I get stuck and unable to go to the gym, I can just whip those bad boys out and get to jumping, anywhere. The versatility is unmatched. I was unsure
