Has definitely helped to reduce the swelling / oedema in my legs and feet. I would recommend these and they are much more effective than those given to me on the NHS, but obviously cost more. -

I've used these for years now and they are the best, most comfortable, easy to put on compression socks I've found. I've also recommended them to others. The active part of the item is because the weave helps move fluid. I have the leggings and the ankle socks in this fabric too and use the pair to mimic tights. I turn them inside out to launder and put them in the delicate/hand wash cycle of our machine then let them air dry. Or hand wash when traveling. They dry quickly.
