Abena - Abri-Form Comfort - 4163 - Brief, Incontinence, M4 Medium, 3600Ml, Unisex, Disposable, Heavy Absorbency

These are my "normal" daytime attire, especially when I'm out & about as they're reliable for me for at least 3-4 hours whereas the "average" adult brief won't last me 2 hours without leaking. You would think that a brief this absorbent would be far too bulky to wear under shorts or light fabric pants but they're not. My nighttime brief has been the Betterdry for a number of years now and they are a shade too bulky for wearing underneath light weight attire leaving the Abena Comfort Brief as the best option that gives me enough confidence that I'm not constantly worried about leaks or odors.

I've been using Abena's "Comfort Brief" (this is what they call their adult diaper that has a plastic outer shell and adhesive tape/tabs) for almost 20 years now and these are STILL among the best adult "briefs" (diapers) available today. I have not had much success with the "breathable" or "cloth-like" adult briefs for various reasons with the most significant issues being the fact that the shells stretch way too much, the tabs don't adhere strongly enough etc. which has resulted in those style of diapers quite literally falling off of me when I would stand up! The diapers with the PE (polyethylene I.E. "plastic") outer shell are vastly superior to any other style of disposable diaper I've used for nearly 2 decades. Time does indeed fly!

I even rely on these overnight when I feel as well as I'm ever going to since encountering life changing disabilities in 2004 when I know I'll only be asleep for 6-8 hours although I do use a booster pad inside when I wear these overnight as my body never slows urine production regardless of being asleep or awake. I sincerely DETEST waking up MISERABLY, lying in a cold, wet bed! With top of the line protection from leaks these offer that's pretty much a non-issue.
