    These must be the ultimate nighttime absorbent pad.

    My wife tried these for the first time. Amazed and very thankful as to how well they absorb even the heaviest urine overnight flow. They are also very soft and comfortable to wear. Also, much thicker than many you can find available, yet not so thick they are uncomfortable at all. I will use these for her at night and use something that costs a little less during the day. These are the best nighttime pads I've found yet. She is bedridden and so doesn't require anything that tapes shut or that pants go over. You could use these under clothes but have to be careful they don't shift when getting dressed.

    I ordered from Amazon and LL Medico the same day. Amazon's came faster but were a little more expensive ($5 more for 4 packs). If you are in a rush, pay the extra and buy from Amazon. If you want to pay less and have time, buy here. As for the product, it is very good for incontinence. Very absorbent and does not irritate my mom's sensitive skin. The are very large and cover well. A good alternative to diapers, which irritate the skin.

    It took me a minute to find the correct absorbancy (tried three sizes) but am pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness. I had been using MoliCare Premium Form Super Plus pads for over a year for my Mom and they've recently become unavailable. I was not pleased to have to order a different brand but the Abri-San have proved as (or more) effective.
