    We placed this order on 30 Nov and have yet to receive it. We were eventually told that the entire order was on hold pending receipt of a prescription for one of the items. Have now receive that item, but none of the rest. Why did you not sent those items not needing the prescription? Why have they not yet been delivered? Why such horrible service? We have not had such poor service in the past. What has happened?

    I’ve watch endless videos before attempting. I’m pretty handy I think. Started off with the mirrors first and did everything else. Took 6 hours including prep. time (wash/clay bar)
