AlayaEliminated my ear pain!This is an odd little pillow, but if it works for you, you'll say it's the best pillow ever invented. As a side sleeper, the ridges and the edges of my ear always hurt from the pressure on the pillow. This pillow remedied the problem. You can position the pillow with either the straight edge or the curved edge against your neck and shoulder. It is way thinner than it looks in the photos, especially in the middle section -- but that is exactly where I needed it to be thinner! It is very light and doesn't really pack down like some pillows, and I could easily slip my bottom hand underneath it. I

RICHARDProduct description/price is confusing. Needs reworking.Side sleeper is main resting place for my head overnight. Pillow is soft and contoured almost right. The absence of a removable pillow case is unfortunate. The pricing on different levels of 'pillowcase' is misleading. You do get a case at the basic price, but it is sewn on. That is not clear in the product description. No matter, a regular pillow case over the sewn in one works well enough. More clarity in the marketing would be appreciated.
