This is the most stretchy tube I've seen from any company. Other company tubes had little give and I wanted more. This "extra extra" light may be too flexible, I probably should have ordered the regular light. You can stand on the tube near a handle for more resistance. It is very very thin, may be why it has the stretchy feel I wanted.
