I am currently a medical student and have already went through two other 360 degree goniometers due to the moving head being too lose. On those models it was difficult to get an accurate measurement due to the moving head instantly dropping if let go of to re-position. The model I bought from Tiger Medical however does not have this problem. The moving head will stay stationary if let go of but at the same time is lose enough to be able to easily change the angle with your thumb alone.
