    The product works fine.

The product is fine: works exactly like it is supposed to. However, I have a criticism unrelated to the product. It came in a box big enough for a toaster with lots of packing material. It's smaller than a cigarette lighter. A padded envelope would have been just fine. I hate the waste that goes into packaging.
