StacyNot great for heel spursThis is my first purchase of any Dr. Scholl's item. I have developed a heel spur and this seemed like the appropriate item for me. I thought going with a big brand name might get me a better quality item but I was wrong. First off, this product is very thin. They look thicker in the photos than what I received, especially in the heel area. This size 5-12 doesn't fit entirely in my size 7.5 shoe so the insert slides forward when I need it back by my heel. There is no arch support on this either. If this product was thicker (and maybe softer/more foam like) in the heel, it might help but as of n

This insole has just the proper amount cushioning, arch support, heel support, and customization options to relieve my chronic foot/toe/arch pain/discomfort. It is also a very clean and durable insole - no odors. stays dry for me even in summer, and does not tear or shred. I have even washed the pair of insoles without a problem.
