Good quality, but terrible experience ordering online

Posted by CarolC in foryourlegs on Nov 19th 2023

Sigvaris makes good quality compression socks, which are expensive. The angiologist of my husband recommends this brand. We can only afford to buy these because our health insurance pays part of the cost. This year, 2022, I realize that Sigvaris has a problem with its supply lines due to Covid. Recently, I tried to buy multiple pairs of Sigvaris socks for both my husband and for myself from 2 different websites. The experience of buying these socks from both websites has been a multi-week nightmare. Errors in the sizes and colors sent, followed by multiple returns, has been extremely frustrating. The customer service employees have been very helpful and apologetic. I feel sorry for them to be between the company and the customers. I wish that the websites that sell Sigvaris socks would be (1) up to date on what is available, and (2) send the correct items ordered, including the size and color. PLEASE, do not send a substitute size or color! Frankly, I will NEVER again order socks from Sigvaris online.

    Compression hose

Posted by GlennS in foryourlegs on Nov 19th 2023

I am diabetic and many years ago I was prescribed these hose. I had only one place I could get them. Thank goodness for For Your Legs. I tried ordering them from other places but they were always out of stock. Back ordered or something. And they were higher in price from the local place I was getting them. At For Your Legs I ordered them and is a week I had them and at a better price.

Best fit and feel I've found

Posted by JonathanW in brightlifedirect on Nov 19th 2023

Most compression socks I've found have been too long for me and I also have wide calfs. These are by far the best fit I've found. They're comfortable, breathable, and the silicone beads at the top help keep them up. Highly recommend.
