This wedge is just what I was looking for. The foam is very firm and doesn't collapse during sleep. The wedge also stays in place and doesn't slide around during sleep (I ordered the option with the cover). It's nice that the wedge comes in a pair, as well. Shipping was fast and they arrived in good condition. -

I first used wedges like the 45 degree wedges I purchased when I was hospitalized and getting excellent OT & PT sessions on a regular basis. These wedges have made my sleep much more refreshing than before I got them here at my home. These wedges are terrific.
